#D is a group exhibition comprised of sculpture and 3D based digital works that address three dimensionality, and in conjunction attempt to challenge the flexibility of medium categorization. Invaliding the necessity to categorize, an action that often impairs further development by isolating relevant styles and artists into high and low brow, the exhibition also reconciles virtual and physical space, celebrating the interchangeable qualities of both approaches.

BYOB (Bring Your Own Beamer) is a one-night exhibition of free form projected artworks. Under the full Blue Moon, artists from Buffalo and beyond will present a mosaic of moving images on the front of the Burchfield Penney Art Center. Bring blankets and snacks!

BYOB events have taken place around the world – at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, MOCA LA, the Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art in Toronto and now the Burchfield Penney!
